Ms. Fandiño-Guerra specializes in employment disputes and workers’ compensation matters. She has represented employers, businesses and carriers at trial and mediations, from the initial defense through appellate proceedings.

Ms. Fandiño-Guerra obtained her law degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1994, where she served on the Moot Court Board and was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for Appellate Advocacy. She also had the privilege of serving as Law Clerk to the Chief Judge of the Arkansas Court of Appeals.

Ms. Fandiño-Guerra is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of Florida as well as the United States Dtstrict Court for the Sourthern District of Florida. She is also admitted to pratice in all courts of the State of Arkansas. She is approved as an instructor by the State of Florida and regularly presents seminars to employers and carriers on employment related topics and the evolving practice of workers’ compensation.

Ms. Carballo has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2004. She has represented clients in a variety of business-related disputes, including contractual disputes, general liability defense, workers’ compensation and appeals. Ms. Carballo attended the University of Miami School of Law where she was a member of the International & Comparative Law Review and the Moot Court Board. She was also the recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship. While in law school, Ms. Carballo interned at the Miami-Dade County Office of the Public Defender, and the Office of the Federal Public Defender, Southern District of Florida.

She is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of Florida as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
